The Role:
Our client is hiring a Founding GTM Account Executive to help drive pipeline generation, customer engagement, and early go-to-market execution. This is a highly visible, high-impact opportunity to work directly alongside leadership and play a foundational role in shaping the company’s GTM motion from the ground up.
You will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers while helping refine outbound strategy, messaging, qualification processes, and overall revenue operations.
What You’ll Own:
- Prospecting and outbound outreach across channels including LinkedIn, email, and strategic networking
- Identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers
- Scheduling meetings and managing pipeline activity for the sales team
- Conducting product demos and presentations to showcase platform capabilities
- Partnering closely with leadership to execute and refine GTM strategy
- Helping establish repeatable outbound and qualification processes as the company scales
- Maintaining strong customer engagement throughout the early sales cycle
- Continuously improving outreach effectiveness, messaging, and conversion metrics
Who You Are:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a GTM-focused role within a fast-paced technology company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong bias toward action
- Resourceful and adaptable in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Passionate about AI, emerging technology, and startup ecosystems
- Excited by the opportunity to help build foundational GTM infrastructure at an early-stage company

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $100,000 – $140,000 + meaningful equity
