About the Role:
Our Client is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand strategic enterprise relationships. This is a highly consultative sales role focused on helping enterprise brands identify and capitalize on AI-driven transformation opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise seller who can navigate complex organizations, build executive-level relationships, and partner closely with technical teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach through signed contract
- Drive new logo acquisition while identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with enterprise buyers to uncover strategic business challenges and AI transformation opportunities
- Develop compelling business cases that align customer objectives with platform capabilities
- Partner closely with engineering and implementation teams to scope and deliver proof-of-concept engagements
- Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal progression
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, and economic buyers
- Navigate enterprise sales cycles ranging from four to six months
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's enterprise go-to-market strategy and sales playbook

- Skilled at uncovering customer pain points and translating them into strategic solutions
- Experienced in building internal champions and navigating complex buying committees
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of sales, product, and technology
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results
- Passionate about artificial intelligence and its impact on enterprise transformation
- Capable of engaging senior executives in meaningful conversations about AI strategy and innovation
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of enterprise sales experience
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Compensation: $160K - $200K (OTE: $320K - $400K) ($160K-$200K base salary with 50/50 OTE
split ($320K-$400K OTE). Uncapped commissions with accelerators. First full
quarter bonus guaranteed.)
