About the Role:
Our client is hiring a Partner Marketing Lead to build and own their partner marketing function. This is the company's first dedicated Partner Marketing hire, offering the opportunity to create strategy, build scalable programs, and drive revenue through high-impact partnerships.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, you'll work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to launch integrated campaigns, execute co-branded initiatives, and develop repeatable go-to-market programs that fuel long-term growth.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns with strategic partners.
- Develop partner go-to-market strategies from launch through ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Partnerships teams to deliver successful launches.
- Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, customer events, and regional partner activations.
- Create multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, landing pages, and in-app experiences.
- Build scalable partner marketing programs and processes from the ground up.
- Strengthen partner relationships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Marketing within a high-growth startup.
- Proven experience building and managing strategic marketing partnerships.
- Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Nice To Have:
- Experience at an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics, email marketing, and SMS tools.
- Experience planning co-branded events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Passion for building new functions and creating scalable processes from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $160,000 – $200,000
- Annual Performance Bonus: $20,000 – $40,000
