About the Role

As a Contract Recruiter with Recruiter Concierge, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through offer management and close. You will work directly with the Founder and gain access to active startup searches with funded, rapidly scaling clients.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and qualify candidates for startup and enterprise technology clients
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business roles
  • Conduct intake calls and candidate screenings
  • Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing
  • Present highly qualified candidates to clients
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and founders
  • Maintain a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer stages

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred (agency or startup recruiting strongly preferred)
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mentality with high accountability
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Startup, SaaS, AI, fintech, or cybersecurity recruiting experience is a plus
