About Our Client:

Our client launched in late 2022 as the first AI headshot product to market, before ChatGPT made AI mainstream. The co-founder generated the first AI headshot and posted it on LinkedIn. It went viral. That viral moment became the company's wedge into the broader professional photography market, where Aragon brings AI powered cost reduction to an expensive and tedious category. The client scaled to $1M ARR in the first months and has been profitable since day one.


 Today, the platform spans AI headshots, broader AI image generation (personal and professional), brand product photography, e-commerce assets, and a Teams product that companies use to generate employee photos and marketing assets. Last published ARR is $12M, with Aragon featured on the Lean AI leaderboard.

The long-term vision is to expand into a full creative suite covering images, video (currently building out), and audio (next on the roadmap). The team is 15 people, fully remote, distributed across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.


 About the Role:

This is a pre-seed startup now hiring its first full-time Growth Lead. Marketing has been handled directly by the founder, plus a few contractors. This hire takes the wheel as the first full-time growth operator, owning growth end-to-end. The work spans influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content. Some initiatives are already running internally and will be handed off to this hire. Others are net-new initiatives that this hire will design and run from scratch. This is a scrappy operator seat, not a senior manager role. You will roll up your sleeves on every channel, learn quickly, and drive measurable impact across initiatives.


What You'll Own

·     Own and execute Aragon's growth strategy end-to-end across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content

·     Take over existing initiatives currently run by the founder and contractors

·     Design and launch new growth initiatives. Aragon has not yet tested

·     Drive measurable impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

·     Work directly with the founder to shape Aragon's growth narrative as the platform expands from images into video and audio

·     Operate as a high-agency, scrappy operator across multiple growth functions simultaneously


Requirements:

Must Have:

·     2-6 years of marketing or growth experience

·     High agency: identifies problems and drives solutions without being told

·     Scrappy operator: rolls up their sleeves on execution, not just strategy

·     Fast learner: picks up new channels, tools, and initiatives quickly

·     End-to-end ownership: comfortable owning a growth initiative from concept through measurement

·     Demonstrated measurable impact in past roles Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage, founder-led growth function

·     Excited about generative AI and Aragon's mission to build the creative suite of the future

Nice-to-Have

·     Prior performance marketing agency or in-house experience social media leadership at a consumer or prosumer brand

·     Prior to founding marketing or first-marketing-hire experience at a startup that scaled Familiarity with generative AI products (image, video, audio generation tools)

·     Experience selling to or marketing for B2B (Teams product) and B2C (personal use) audiences simultaneously Influencer marketing track record with measurable results


Compensation: $150,000-$200,000, competitive equity
