About Our Client:

Our Client is an AI-native insurance claims company focused on automating and improving the property & casualty (P&C) claims process for insurers, MGAs, and captives. Instead of just selling software, they operate as an AI-powered third-party administrator (TPA) that combines AI automation with human claims experts.

When someone files an insurance claim — like auto damage, property damage, or liability — our client helps insurance companies process those claims faster, more accurately, and at lower cost.


About the Role:

Our Client is hiring a Founding Growth Strategist to build the brand, content engine, and growth experiments that position the company as the leading AI platform in claims automation. This is a unique opportunity for someone equally analytical and creative, capable of shaping category narrative while running high-impact growth initiatives across content, events, brand, and sales enablement.


You will work directly alongside Lucas, the current one-person growth team, within a completely flat structure. There is no existing growth machine—you will help build it from the ground up. The ideal candidate may have started in consulting or another high-performance environment before transitioning into growth or marketing at a high-signal startup.


Key Responsibilities

• Define the company narrative: who they are, why they matter, why now, and why claims leaders should care

• Write high-leverage assets including case studies, blogs, landing pages, sales enablement materials, and strategic memos

• Run experimentation across content, brand, field marketing, and GTM initiatives—launch quickly, measure impact, kill weak ideas, and scale what works

• Own event strategy end-to-end, including messaging, campaigns, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up

• Build sales enablement materials including sharper narratives, proof points, talk tracks, and leave-behinds

• Extract customer insights from deployments, calls, and market conversations to create memorable and effective assets

• Build the growth playbook including channels, editorial voice, testing frameworks, and attribution logic


Requirements:

Must-Have

• Strong signal on resume including top schools, MBB consulting experience, or high-signal startup experience such as Ramp, Rippling, Harvey, or similar

• Exceptional writer with strong understanding of information density, audience targeting, and persuasive communication

• Proven ability to create assets or campaigns that drove measurable commercial outcomes

• Strong analytical instincts with ability to pair creativity and rigor

• Excellent communicator and storyteller

• High intelligence, fast learner, and strong problem-solving ability

• High agency, organization, and excitement for building from zero

• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for a fully in-person environment

• OPT and H-1B candidates considered, ideally already U.S.-based

Nice-to-Have

• Humanities, political science, or writing background from a top university

• 1–2 years at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent consulting environment before moving into growth

• Experience within a B2B AI or fintech startup with a strong brand presence

Compensation:

$130,000-$190,000
