About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Founding Go-to-Market professional with 3–7 years of experience to own the full sales cycle and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional sales role. Success requires a combination of consultative selling, problem-solving, and solution design. You'll work directly with healthcare organizations to understand operational challenges, scope solutions in real time, and demonstrate how AI can eliminate administrative inefficiencies.
With significant market demand and a robust pipeline already in place, you'll step into a role with immediate opportunities to generate impact. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise with experience in consulting, solutions engineering, product-focused selling, or startup environments. If you've worked as a founder, consultant, solutions engineer, or product-oriented Account Executive in a high-growth company, this could be an excellent fit.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract signature, managing approximately 8–12 demos per week across multiple healthcare specialties.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and design tailored AI-driven solutions.
- Analyze customer workflows and operational data to demonstrate how AI agents can solve real business problems.
- Generate approximately 20% of your pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, conference follow-up, and relationship-building with healthcare operators and private equity stakeholders.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure seamless handoffs to implementation teams after close.
- Build and demonstrate AI agents using the company's platform. You'll be expected to quickly become proficient enough to showcase practical solutions to customers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-performance environment such as startup sales, consulting, growth, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or solutions engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate customer challenges into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience creating compelling messaging and content tailored to different buyer personas.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- A builder mentality with a desire to help shape processes, playbooks, and go-to-market strategy.

Compensation:
- $150k to $190k Base Salary
- 1% to .2% Equity
