About Our Client:

Our Client is a rapidly growing AI technology company transforming how industrial and manufacturing organizations monitor, optimize and automate production. Their AI-powered video agents help some of the world's largest manufacturers improve safety, quality and operational efficiency. The company has grown ARR 5X over the past year, achieved 380%+ Net Revenue Retention, and raised $18M in Series A funding. Their customers include global organizations such as AB InBev, Carlsberg, Unilever and O-I Glass. Now they're expanding aggressively into North America. They are looking for the person who will help build it.

The Opportunity:

Our Client is hiring its first commercial team member in the United States. This is not an opportunity to inherit an established territory and follow an existing playbook. You will help build the US playbook. Working directly with the CEO, you'll establish the company's US go-to-market presence, build enterprise pipeline from the ground up, land new customers and expand initial wins into six and seven-figure relationships. For the right Enterprise AE, this is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on how an international AI company enters and scales in the US market.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, own and scale a pipeline of enterprise accounts across manufacturing and industrial markets
  • Own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close
  • Land new logos and expand initial six-figure deals into seven-figure, multi-site AI programs
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders across executive, operational and technical teams
  • Develop both outbound and inbound opportunities
  • Partner directly with the CEO to shape US GTM strategy
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering, bringing customer and market intelligence directly into the organization
  • Help influence the product roadmap based on what you're hearing from customers
  • Travel to customer and prospect locations throughout the US as needed

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of successful enterprise SaaS or software sales experience
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, IIoT or automation environments
  • Proven ability to independently generate pipeline
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise buying processes
  • Demonstrated new-logo acquisition and account expansion success
  • Comfortable selling to both executive and operational stakeholders
  • Builder mentality with the ability to operate successfully without extensive structure or an established playbook
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Have:

  • Experience selling AI, computer vision, video analytics or industrial technology
  • Experience helping an international technology company establish or expand its US GTM presence
  • Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
  • Success selling transformational technology into large manufacturing environments

Who Will Thrive Here?

You're an enterprise seller who wants more than a territory. You want ownership.

You know how to create pipeline when someone hasn't handed you a list of qualified opportunities. You're comfortable walking into a manufacturing environment, understanding operational problems and translating sophisticated technology into measurable business outcomes.

Most importantly, you don't need everything figured out before you start.

You want to be one of the people who figures it out.
