About the Role:

Our client is hiring a Founding GTM professional to build and scale their go-to-market function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll define how the company is positioned in the market, drive customer acquisition across multiple channels, and establish the growth engine that powers the next stage of the business.

This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage, venture-backed startup where you'll have direct ownership over strategy, execution, and company growth while helping shape one of the fastest-growing AI recruiting platforms.


What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute the company's go-to-market strategy from zero to one.
  • Develop brand messaging, positioning, and thought leadership across digital channels.
  • Create high-impact content including founder social media, website messaging, case studies, and campaigns.
  • Design and scale customer acquisition programs across paid media, outbound, lifecycle marketing, and referrals.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Build recruiter and customer referral programs that generate sustainable growth.
  • Own product launches, events, customer communications, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Develop repeatable systems and processes that drive scalable revenue growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership to turn customer insights into GTM execution.


Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience creating compelling marketing and sales content.
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build without a playbook.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
  • Experience owning customer relationships and connecting messaging to measurable business outcomes.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Strong execution skills with an emphasis on speed, creativity, and continuous iteration.

Nice to have:

  • Early-stage startup experience in Growth, Marketing, or Go-to-Market.
  • Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketplace or two-sided business models.
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR technology.
  • Proven ability to build campaigns, content, and growth programs that generate measurable engagement.

Compensation:

$100,000-$150,000
