Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first touch through signed contract, prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and close across banks, fintechs, and money service businesses globally.
- Build the sales organization alongside the CEO, including playbooks, hiring, compensation structures, coaching, and scalable processes.
- Partner closely with the GTM team to generate, qualify, and optimize pipeline through data-driven outbound strategies.
- Influence pricing, packaging, territory planning, and competitive positioning as part of the broader GTM strategy.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating customer feedback into product priorities, deployment improvements, and marketing insights.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing $100K–$1M+ enterprise contracts
- Experience navigating procurement, legal, compliance, and multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes
- Hunter mentality with the ability to proactively create and close opportunities through outbound efforts
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills that establish trust quickly with enterprise buyers
- Experience owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through renewals and expansion
- Builder mindset with interest in creating systems, processes, and scalable GTM infrastructure from scratch
- Exceptional communication skills across presentations, demos, outbound messaging, and executive conversations
