About the Role:
As a Contract Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, executing outbound campaigns, and booking qualified meetings with founders, CEOs, CROs, COOs, Talent Leaders, and hiring managers.
This is a true hunter role. You'll build relationships with high-growth companies, introduce them to Recruiter Concierge, and create long-term client partnerships that generate recurring income.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospect target companies through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and engage founders, executives, and hiring leaders.
- Generate qualified meetings and new client opportunities.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients.
- Personalize outreach based on each company's hiring needs and growth stage.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Partner with leadership to develop outbound strategies and expand Recruiter Concierge's client base.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly business development goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of business development, recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Proven success generating new business through outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and entrepreneurial.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only, 1099 contract opportunity with exceptional long-term earning potential.
- Earn 25% of the placement fee for every candidate hired by a client you introduce to Recruiter Concierge.

Own your clients in perpetuity. As long as a client you originated continues working with Recruiter Concierge, you will continue to earn 25% of every placement fee generated from that client on all future placements.
