Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience across growth, content, media, events, or paid acquisition

The Opportunity:
Recruiter Concierge is partnering with a Series A AI fintech company to identify an exceptional Growth Marketing Lead.
Our client is building an AI-powered capital platform that underwrites, funds, and manages financing for consumer brands selling through major national retailers. The company is backed by significant institutional funding and operates with a lean team supported by a fleet of AI agents.
This will be the company’s first marketing hire. In plain terms, this person will determine how consumer-brand founders discover, understand, and engage with the company.
You will own both marketing strategy and hands-on execution across partnerships, sponsored content, events, co-marketing, paid acquisition, and owned content. You will not inherit a large team or an established marketing playbook. You will decide what to build, launch the campaigns yourself, measure what works, and invest further in the channels producing results.
Your work will become the public face of the company. As the business grows, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead the marketing function.
What You Will Do:
- Build the company’s marketing strategy and operating plan from the ground up.
- Own how consumer-brand founders discover and understand the company.
- Develop partnerships with media companies, trade publications, newsletters, and other channels trusted by consumer-brand founders.
- Plan and execute sponsored content, newsletter placements, event sponsorships, and co-branded campaigns.
- Build relationships with relevant communities and identify events that place the company in front of its target audience.
- Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google as new products launch.
- Manage paid campaigns from end to end, including creative, targeting, budgets, testing, and landing pages.
- Write and publish emails, landing pages, case studies, social content, and other materials that explain the company’s value clearly.
- Design the tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure required to evaluate every channel and partnership.
- Define and monitor customer acquisition cost, attribution, conversion, and channel return on investment.
- Use performance data to determine where the company should increase, reduce, or redirect its marketing investment.
- Work closely with the founders, sales, and product teams to ensure market feedback influences company and product decisions.
- Help build the future marketing team as the company grows.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of professional marketing experience with meaningful exposure to growth, content, media, events, paid acquisition, or a combination of these areas.
- Experience taking ownership of both marketing strategy and execution.
- A track record of planning campaigns and personally delivering the work required to launch them.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to explain a complex product clearly and concisely.
- The ability to create content across emails, landing pages, case studies, campaign materials, and social platforms.
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to make marketing decisions.
- The ability to build tracking, attribution, and reporting systems across channels.
- Familiarity with current AI and coding tools.
- The ability to work independently without waiting for a fully developed playbook.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where priorities and responsibilities can evolve quickly.
- The judgment and confidence to represent the company publicly.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition through Meta or Google.
- Experience developing media, newsletter, event, or co-marketing partnerships.
- Experience marketing to founders, consumer brands, or small and midsized businesses.
- Previous fintech or startup experience.
