The Opportunity:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with enterprise insurance organizations. This is a true full-cycle sales role where you'll own opportunities from discovery through close while helping shape the company's go-to-market strategy.

You'll partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to win strategic customers, influence product direction, and build long-term relationships within one of the largest industries undergoing AI transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from qualified opportunity through closed business.
  • Conduct discovery meetings that uncover business challenges and quantify customer impact.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to insurance organizations.
  • Build executive relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to develop qualified pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term success.
  • Surface customer feedback that influences product development, positioning, and messaging.
  • Help refine sales playbooks and go-to-market strategy as the company scales.


Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive experience.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS at a Seed, Series A, B, or C startup.
  • Proven track record consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to self-generate pipeline while partnering effectively with SDRs.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site five days per week in New York City.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow software.
  • Insurance, InsurTech, or Financial Services industry experience.
  • Founding or early-stage startup experience.
  • Experience selling six-figure enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Passion for helping shape product and go-to-market strategy.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $150,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $300,000–$400,000
  • Competitive equity package
  • Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis
