About the Role:

Our client is hiring a Principal, Strategic Partnerships (Private Equity) to build and scale one of its most important growth channels. This is a high-impact, external-facing role at the intersection of private equity, enterprise sales, and operator-led GTM strategy.

You'll own relationships with healthcare-focused private equity firms and translate them into a repeatable pipeline of opportunities across their portfolio companies. Your mandate is twofold: drive near-term revenue by sourcing and converting PE-generated opportunities while building a scalable playbook that establishes our client as the preferred AI partner across healthcare private equity. This is not a traditional partnerships role—you'll operate as a hybrid enterprise seller, strategic operator, and trusted relationship builder.

You'll work directly with the founders and executive leadership, engage with top-tier investors, and play a central role in shaping how AI is adopted across healthcare organizations at scale. Your mandate is twofold:

  • Drive near-term revenue by sourcing and converting PE-generated opportunities.
  • Build a scalable playbook that establishes our client as the preferred AI partner across healthcare-focused private equity firms .


What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage private equity relationships with leading healthcare private equity firms, including partners, operating teams, and value creation leaders.
  • Position our client's AI platform as a strategic lever for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across portfolio companies.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through warm introductions into portfolio companies and negotiate portfolio-wide commercial agreements.
  • Own a quota focused on pipeline generation and sales-qualified opportunities while partnering closely with Account Executives to close business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, executive leadership, product, and pricing teams to support PE-backed healthcare organizations.
  • Capture best practices and develop a repeatable go-to-market playbook for scaling the private equity partnership channel.


Experience:

Must have:

  • 8–15 years of experience in healthcare private equity, healthcare investment banking, strategic partnerships, or a related healthcare growth role.
  • Proven ability to build executive relationships, source strategic partnerships, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience generating enterprise pipeline and driving revenue growth.
  • Highly entrepreneurial, self-directed, and excited to build a new strategic channel from the ground up.

Nice to have:

  • MBA from a top-tier program.
  • Experience working with or deploying AI solutions within healthcare.


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $168,000–$214,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000–$320,000
