ABOUT THE ROLE

As Founding Account Executive, you will build our sales motion from the ground up and establish the company's earliest and most important SI relationships. You'll work directly with the CRO and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams — with direct influence over how we goe to market, tells its story, and wins. This role is for a consultative, technically fluent seller who thrives in ambiguity, has sold into complex enterprise environments before, and wants to define a sales culture rather than inherit one.

Salary Range: $100000 - $150000 / per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through close across emerging, mid-market, and enterprise Systems Integrators — average deal size ~$75K, average sales cycle ~120 days
  • Run end-to-end discovery conversations and standard product demos for both technical and business audiences across the SI buying committee
  • Build repeatable sales motions, messaging frameworks, and qualification standards that will serve as the foundation for the sales organization as it scales
  • Use AI-first workflows to eliminate low-leverage administrative, research, and prospecting work — Our proprietary platform is part of the toolkit
  • Partner with CRO, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate market feedback into positioning improvements and roadmap input
  • Establish early logos, lighthouse customers, and long-term SI relationships that will define our market position in the category


REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience — ideally selling into Systems Integrators, professional services firms, or complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals with average contract values of $50K–$100K+
  • Comfortable running multi-stakeholder discovery and demos for both technical and business buyers
  • Ability to build sales process from scratch — you don't need a playbook to exist before you start
  • Existing US work authorization — visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates
  • Available to work in-person in New York City

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling software implementation, professional services, or delivery tooling
  • Familiarity with the Systems Integrator ecosystem and how SI organizations buy
  • Experience using AI-first sales workflows or tools to eliminate low-leverage work
  • Prior founding AE, early sales hire, or sales lead experience at a startup
  • Background in solution engineering or forward-deployed roles
