Quality Analyst – Arbitration
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to perform quality control reviews of arbitration case work. This role is responsible for reviewing case files, documentation, and written determinations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before cases move through the final stages of the arbitration process.
The ideal candidate has a background in legal support, such as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal, and is comfortable reviewing detailed documentation and handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on completed arbitration case work before cases move through the final stages of the process
- Review case files, legal documents, supporting materials, and written determinations for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Verify that all required information and documentation are present and properly reflected in the case
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, inconsistencies, and potential errors
- Follow established quality assurance procedures, checklists, and internal standards
- Document findings and communicate required corrections to the appropriate team members
- Maintain organized and accurate case records
- Work closely with arbitration and operations teams to support an efficient and accurate review process
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar legal support professional required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow structured quality assurance procedures and checklists
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple case files
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments
